Our practice provides a heavily discounted watching service to ensure all relevant third party conflicting marks are identified as soon as possible.

These can be reported to our clients electronically or via web-interface.

TM Renewals

Our trade mark renewal service is tailored to the requirements of each client. It seeks to provide information regarding the strategic benefit of trade mark maintenance. We do not treat trade marks as though they are patents and a trade mark renewal is not an opportunity to simply pay an annuity, but rather an opportunity to review the brand in the context of an existing portfolio, and measure both against the changes that have occurred in practice and for the mark during the period of registration.
