Partner, Head of IP/IT Litigation Group

Nick is head of the IP/IT Litigation Group and has particular expertise in trade mark and copyright infringement matters and Internet related disputes. Nick oversees the group's brand protection and domain name policing programmes. Nick's reported decisions include ELLE TM, Avnet Inc v Isoact, Antiquesportfolio.com and 800-Flowers Inc. Nick recently led the team acting for OS against the AA, leading to a £20 million settlement for OS. He also led the team acting for DCAL in parallel copyright infringement proceedings against the AA. He is currently heading the team acting for the Claimant in the Absolut Beach trade mark infringement action.
