Partner, IP/IT Dispute Resolution

Simon joined FFW's IP/IT Litigation team in April 2004.

Simon's work includes both contentious and non-contentious IP work with non-contentious work predominantly in respect of licensing, supply and distribution agreements and ancillary documentation.

He is identified in Legal Business as a leading IP practitioner in the UK.  His practice covers the broad extent of IP rights, and as such copyright, designs, trade marks and patents.  He also has extensive experience of developing and implementing internet enforcement programmes to protect clients brands and is appointed by Nominet as an Expert under their Dispute Resolution System.
