Jim qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and joined FFW in 1998. He has advised clients in a number of trade mark and domain name disputes, including under the ICANN Dispute Resolution Policy. Jim was part of the team acting for Ordnance Survey in its copyright infringement action against the Automobile Association.
