Rachel is dual qualified in both the UK and Singapore and has a wide range of experience in advising on all aspects of trade mark law including pre-filing advice, filing, prosecution and registration of trade marks, conducting oppositions, revocations and invalidity actions, advising on brand strategy and policing advice.  Rachel has worked with Apple Inc. since 2001.
