Louisa trained with FFW and has specialised in IP litigation since qualifying as a solicitor in 1996 and has completed the Bristol University IP Diploma course. Louisa specialises in the enforcement of trade mark rights and copyright, including advising on trade mark infringement and passing off, running anti-counterfeit programs and recovery of infringing domain names. Louisa has had articles published in IP journals, and has been involved in a number of reported cases, including the ELLE TM and 800-Flowers trade mark cases.
