James joined FFW in June 2006 from a global pharmaceutical company where he was involved with parallel imported pharmaceuticals in the European Union. James is a dual qualified solicitor and is admitted in England & Wales and New South Wales, Australia where he practiced in the litigation department of a national law firm. He has a combined Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws and is completing a Masters of Law with an emphasis on intellectual property. James specialises in non-contentious and contentious trade mark matters for a number of international corporations.
