Harriet qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2002. 
Before joining the Trade Mark and Brand Protection Group of FFW in March 2005 she worked as a commercial litigator in a small City firm with particular emphasis on contentious IP matters including trade mark infringement and anti-counterfeiting programs. Harriet was involved in the landmark case of Arsenal Football Club Plc v Reed throughout the reference to the ECJ and subsequent appeal by Arsenal to the Court of Appeal in 2003. Harriet currently advises clients on matters of trade mark registration and opposition, worldwide, and brand strategy and protection.
