IP/IT Dispute Resolution




Beatriz joined FFW on qualification in 2004.  Beatriz read Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge and has a PhD from the same university in genetics, cellular and molecular biology.  Beatriz specialises in all areas of IP dispute resolution and advises clients on the protection and enforcement IP rights.  Since joining FFW, Beatriz has formed part of the team acting for PerkinElmer in a patent infringement case brought by Amersham. Beatriz is bilingual in English and Spanish.
