• Acting in the Navitarie v easyJet case for Accenture subsidiary Navitaire Inc in its copyright infringement dispute with easyJet. The recently published judgment is the leading judgment concerning the subsistence of copyright in computer software and databases.
  
  
• Acting for a Government mapping agency in a four-year copyright dispute with a motoring organisation regarding the infringement of maps. We successfully settled the action shortly before trial securing £20 million in damages for our client.
  
  
• Advising a famous London auction house on a number of copyright matters including the sale of a card containing a sneak preview of a long awaited children's book, and a dispute that the auction house had infringed the copyright of a long-lost chapter of a 20th century classic novel.
  
  
• Advising a major financial services institution in relation to the unauthorised copying of its professional examination materials and examination data by a similar organisation in South Africa, which was using the materials in relation to online training.
